With an experience of more than two decades as Management Educator, I moved on to corporate training as the cofounder of  Faculty of Corporate Training and Development ( FCTD). 

I have conducted many training at all levels in the domain of  behavioural skills  for large number of reputed PSUs & Government Academies. With a mission to help organisations achieve Results with Relationship, I coach leaders, mid level  executives and women professionals to become high performing individuals with long lasting  relationships. I believe in achieving results with relationships.
